Did I Pass my Learners License!!!

Well, what a nerve reckon day. Our house is a show house the past 2 weeks and under renovation so its been cleaning and fixing the past few weeks that I never had a chance to really sit down and go through the book.

I forgot my books at work on Friday so I asked Wayne, one of my supervisors to take it home with him and I will get it over the weekend. So on Sunday (Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads) no one was home. So I had to get my brother in law to take me to work due to the fact that where I work is right in the main street and it prowls of the Traffic Officers. To my luck they pulled him off and gave him a R200 fine for not wearing a seat belt. I got my books and starting learning.

My nerves started kicking in and could not get all the stuff into my stupid small head. So the time came closer so I just closed the books and said well I just have to do it. My brother in law dropped me off again. It felt like being in school again writing my matrix exam. I hate that feeling. Never go through your work a second time then everything just seem wrong. I was the first to finish and the first one to
PASS!!!!!!

Sorry that I kept you all in suspense I did the post yesterday but unfortunately I had to leave earlier to take Danielle to the Dr. She's got tonsillitis had a fever of 39 on Monday and it started to climb again yesterday and so I could not publish it. Good day.

National Youth Day

We al get to stay at home tomorrow its National Youth Day.

Tomorrow was Previously known as Soweto Day.

In 1975 protests started in African schools after a directive from the previous Bantu Education Department that Afrikaans had to be used on an equal basis with English as a language of instruction in secondary schools. The issue however, was not so much the Afrikaans as the whole system of Bantu education which was characterised by separate schools and universities, poor facilities, overcrowded classrooms and inadequately trained teachers. On 16 June 1976 more than 20 000 pupils from Soweto began a protest march. In the wake of clashes with the police, and the violence that ensued during the next few weeks, approximately 700 hundred people, many of them youths, were killed and property destroyed.

Youth Day commemorates these events.

Well you all have to hold hands because I am writing my learners lisence on Monday at two o'clock my nerves it would be my ???time so keep a finger crossed for me P L E A S E I am going to need it. If I get myLearners License I am going to get drunk. Hope this is the last time

Roomservice!!

Well Chitty wanted one of my Roomservices stories so I told him I will post on. Here it goes

I started working at the Flaming Arrow Spur in my last year of school (Grade 12)doing roomservices for the Holiday Inn. The Spur is attached to the Holiday Inn. We were three people doing room service; one to answer the phone; one to take orders and one to take food from the grill as soon as its ready and make sure the order is correct or one two did delivery's when it was really busy.

Sarah and I normally worked together (we were not a good combination together always caught on some shit). We went together on a few orders. We delivered the one order, as we came out of the one room this gentleman (if you could call him that) stopped us and asked what do we do, Room service. So we told him "Yes sir if you want to place an order just dial 9, there is a menu in your room and the bill can get charged to your room". He was reeking of the alcohol. He kept on showing his room card and asking us are we sure, when we replied "Sure about what sir". He would just say its ok never mind. We excused ourselves due to our other deliveries. As we walked he followed us into the main lift asking us over and over. "Are we sure". We just ignored him. He followed us until the room where our next delivery was. As we came out he was still standing waiting for us, staring at us and stared until we went around the corner to go into service lift. We were like shivering our asses off. It was like in so freaky.

We got his room number. Was not long after he phone and placed an order two garlic rolls and a bottle of wine. So we said we would go together (we had other orders too). Sarah decided that I must go in and she will stand by the door to call for help if he makes any funny business. So I went into his room, was full off empty wine bottles. He could hardly talk, after he signed his hotel slip to the dot of the amount owing he asked "what about your tip". So I explained to him he must just scratch the total out and put in a new total and just sign next to the amount. He had the nerve to tell me that "no we must work something out". I said to him in a very polite manner "Sir I do not know what you are talking about we are in a hurry we do have other customers waiting. Have a nice day".
He was still talking and I just left the room. Sarah laughing. Again he came out of his room to stare at us until we disappear around the corner to the service lift. (you can feel him staring at you). After our rounds of delivery's we discover two garlic rolls left on our tray SHIT SHIT SHIT its his we forgot to give it to him. I suggested that we just knock on his door and leave it on the floor. Sarah said no, so we knocked and the same thing all over again.

That was not the last.
About 3 months after the whole incident I went to the hotel to get a guest ledger. Who was sitting at the bar .....HIM I just ignored him calling me. Was not long after that he phoned and ordered. Want to know how we knew it was him believe it or not 2 garlic rolls and a bottle of wine. So I told Sarah this time you are going into his room and I will wait at the door. We took his order he asked us if we knew where he could get some nice ladies for the night I was like in did I hear correctly. Sarah and I was not scared of this sucker anymore she turned around and told him to phone the escort agencies. He said no what about you and your friend and we both told him straight to F@*k Off. Took the slip and left. There is so much more freaky things that happened will blog about it next time.
